Physical Education - Activities

An awareness class on aerobic fitness and exercise in collaboration with WDC , programme inaugurated by our principal in charge Dr.P.M.Abdul Sakir and  the session  handled by  Ms.Sharanya, Physical education trainer ,Myladi govt school,myladi,Nilambur. we offered one month course for aerobic fitness from 3.30pm  to 4.30pm to girls at free of cost.  Around 20 students joined the fitness and completed their one month course.

Calicut University Inter Zone Inter collegiate Korfball Mixed Championship was conducted at the college ground on 22nd and 23^rd December, 2018 (Saturday and Sunday). Janab P.V. Abdul Wahab, M.P. (M.P., Rajyasabha, Patron of NMOC and Amal College of Advanced Studies, Nilambur College) was inaugurated the Championship and Dr. Abdul Sakir P.M. (Principal in charge, Amal College) was presided over the function. Dr. Sakker Hussian V.P. (Director, Departemnt of Physical Education, University of Calicut) inaugurated the newly constructed Kofrball court.

13th Annual Sports Day “MIGAZO” 2018 – 19 was conducted on 06th and 7th December, 2018 Thursday and Friday at College Ground, Myladi, Nilambur. Salute of the athletes was received by the chief guest, Mr. VYSHAK S.R. (Amputee Indian Football Player). The welcome speech was delivered by Mr. Sulfikkarali K, Chairman, College Union and the presidential address was done by Dr. Abdul Sakir P.M., Principal in Charge, Amal College. The meet was opened and hoisted the meet flag by the chief guest of the day.
